2. Enforce all CMP personnel for practicing company regulation.
3. Enforce all CMP personnel for practicing any company continuous improvement program and activity such as SDA/SGA/JDI, TPM, 6K, etc
4. Responsible to Manager, Chemical for daily production target achievement, and suggest improvement plan for any abnormality which lead to loss of production.
5. Responsible to Manager, Chemical for chemicals concentration target achievement, and suggest improvement plan for any deficiencies.

4. 對(duì)化學(xué)部經(jīng)理負(fù)責(zé)，確保每日生產(chǎn)目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)，并對(duì)任何導(dǎo)致生產(chǎn)損失的異常情況提出改進(jìn)計(jì)劃。
5. 對(duì)化學(xué)部經(jīng)理負(fù)責(zé)，完成化學(xué)品濃度目標(biāo)，并對(duì)任何不足之處提出改進(jìn)計(jì)劃。
6. 負(fù)責(zé)原材料和化學(xué)品的供應(yīng)。
7. 負(fù)責(zé)消耗品部件的供應(yīng)。
8. 負(fù)責(zé)確保工廠平穩(wěn)運(yùn)行。
9. 跟進(jìn)任何維護(hù)問(wèn)題，并與維護(hù)團(tuán)隊(duì)合作制定行動(dòng)計(jì)劃
10. 制定年度停機(jī)維護(hù)行動(dòng)計(jì)劃。
11. 管理層指定的環(huán)境管理委員會(huì)成員，負(fù)責(zé)控制廢水、廢氣、固體廢物，并擔(dān)任 CMP 危險(xiǎn)氣體泄漏情況負(fù)責(zé)人。
12. 負(fù)責(zé)控制化學(xué)品泄漏或其他土地/水污染。
13. 必須維持所有下屬的紀(jì)律并控制加班。
